So you want to change your outfit next time you visit our 3d worlds? Follow either one of these methods and you'll have a whole new wardrobe in a minute or so! Get the hang of it and change as often as you like!
Method 1
To use one of the avatars listed below or at another website follow these three steps:
1) Copy the URL of the avatar you wish to use from the web page you saw the avatar you wish to use.
2) Right click on your avatars name in the lower right chat window as shown below and click on "Properties":
3) Paste the avatar that you copied from above into the field marked Avatar URL as shown below:
Click OK and your software should reload the page with your new avatar.
Method 2
For an alternate way to find an avatar you can follow these steps which take you to the "Avatar Library" right in the "Options" list in the blaxxun contact software:
There are many places to get a free avatar, one is right in your chat window itself. Here is how to find it:
step 1:
Find the icon that i've circled in this image in the right chat area once you are in any of our 3d worlds, it is the "options" listing:
step 2:
Down the list you will see an option named "Avatar Library", click on it....
step 3:
...and you will see a box show up. Now click OK and...
step 4:
...you will notice the lower frame is replaced with a new page that lists some of the avatars I've created. Now right click on any of the links and select "Open in New Window" to view the avatar...
step 5:
...if you like what you see, close the avatar viewing window that opened, and then right click on the avatar name link you liked, "copy shortcut"
step 6: (next three steps are identical to the three in method 1 above):
Copy the URL of the avatar you wish to use from the web page you saw the avatar you wish to use.
step 7:
Right click on your avatars name in the lower right chat window as shown below and click on "Properties":
step 8:
Paste the avatar that you copied from above into the field marked Avatar URL as shown below:
step 9:
Click OK and your software should reload the page with your new avatar.
Use your browswer's "Back" button to get the lower window back to the normal chat input and options look.
Once done, you will have a new look.
