Here is the most common solution if you are having problems loading a 3d world or receive an error message...Your disk cache may be full and you need to empty it!

Follow these simple steps and you'll be on your way to exploring that next world:

Hit your F9 key or follow these two steps to get the "Preferences" window to show:

1) Right click in the 3d world scene frame and you will see this pop-up window appear and then,

2) Select "Preferences"

Now you should see something similar to this:

Follow these three steps to empty your cache:

1) Select "Cache Settings" tab

2) Click on "Empty Cache now" button

3) Click on "OK" button

Now you should be able to click on the World link (such as a HoloSuite program or one of the NJMB main world links in the navigation links frame) and reload the world and explore!
